Staff is very friendly and nice. Veterinarian I saw for my cat was incompetent and uncompassionate. She sent us home over a long holiday weekend with no medication. My cat was drooling so bad from nausea, having diarrhea, and not eating for days. All I got was a probiotic to help turn around a major bout of intestinal inflammation. No referral to a pet hospital for hospitalization over the weekend either. Very disappointed, broke, and exhausted.

I really like Minnesota Veterinary Hospital. The people there are kind and very knowledgeable about the animals. I’ve been to many vets over the years and this one is my favorite.

Went in to pay for some bloodwork and medication. Called to ask for price yesterday 2/26/26 and was told the price over the phone and specifically asked for the total including both. When I went in to pay on 2/27/26 they said the price was about $23 dollars more than quoted over the phone the day before. They refused to honor the price quoted over the phone the day before. I said I wouldn’t be getting the medication and go to a different vet and they didn’t seem to care. I guess for them it’s profits over people and their pets.
